Ladies, we live in a world, where many women, and sadly even younger girls, dress inappropriately, to school and in public, you may say "that's terrible, they should put some clothes on"
But do you ever ask yourself, do they know any better? have they ever been taught?
are they having emotional problems? do they dress like this for the attention they don't get normally?
we Tend to judge to quickly to actually see beyond the book cover, then ladies, their are the young girls and women alike, who know what they are wearing, don't care how they have been taught, and know better, the young girls, that are hiding emotional problems, and whether they dress like that for attention or not, it doesn't matter.
Ladies need to stand up, for a rightful cause, stand up to this so called "fashion" of tank tops and short skirts and shorts, cleavage baring blouses and "hip clothing" I don't care what's "in" or what's considered old fashioned, I dress not to say "I'm modest" but to tell myself, "I'm pleasing the Lord with all my heart" and ladies, by no means is that bragging,
I do it because I want to strive to be pleasing God, and I want to strive to let others see Christ in me.
after all, ladies, we should strive, but that's my opinion, I'm not throwing it at you.
Defenceless....
Sometimes we all feel that way, as if everyone is bullying at you, telling you that your going to (hades) if you wear pants, what can you say? how can you defend yourself? your Defenceless.
I believe in my opinion, that it is YOUR conviction, on what you wear.
Yours alone, people can sometimes, dig it and stab it into you about the skirts and pants argument.
But the only one that can change your mind, is God.
Yes Ladies it's as simple as that, we can write these blogs, but it most likely will not change it, I myself, read a blog post about wearing pants, and I was convicted over that, which is why when I say, when Conviction gets you, your done.
Sister, if you are struggling, with the choice of what to wear, if you are caught between being cool or ugly, if your afraid people will look at you differently, please, take time to ask yourself this question, "is this what God wants?" or is it "what you and everyone else want." sometimes what seems good in our eyes, isn't really all that good, we are just too blind too see at the moment.
I pray that if you are having those struggles that God helps you, and gives you an answer to the questions and pleads you have been praying for or about. I pray he lays the right choice on your heart, and that it brings you closer to him, that when you walk down the street or through a store, that people see Christ in you.
I Love you all dearly. Thank you for reading.
In His Honor.
Katie.

Seperated from the world.
I found this verse today and I'd like to share it with you ladies.
Nehemiah 9:2 And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all strangers, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.
iniquity:
1. lack of justice or righteousness; wickedness; injustice
2. a wicked act; sin
they separated themselves from the strangers, from the world, as we begin into our discussion today, we will focus on that verse.
Nehemiah 9:3 states that they fasted they confessed, they read the word of God.
And they stood up in their place, and read in the book of the law of the LORD their God one fourth part of the day; and another fourth part they confessed, and worshipped the LORD their God.
I want to separate myself, from the strangers, from the world, I want to be like the Lord, I want to glorify him, in all that I do.
separating yourself from the world, will do you better then you think, by doing that, you are opening up a closer relationship with God, something indescribable, something unknown by many, wouldn't you like to separate yourself from the world, feel that feeling of true joy that only comes from being close by the Lords side?
Psalm 16:11 You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
he is only a prayer away ladies, a little talk with the Lord, to fill your heart with unending joy.
so as you choose to what to wear, be not like the world, nor make decisions of the flesh, but make it from a view of "will God be glorified if I wear this" will it cause people to know you are a woman of God, set apart from this world?
I pray that you ladies are encouraged from this.
Thank you for reading.

How do we stay Encouraged in Times of Severity?
How do we as Christian Women
Stay Encouraged?
Stay Encouraged?
It is not even in times of Trials and tribulations that we need encouragement. It is in the small things that happen in our every day lives. For example, I need encouragement in the parts of my day where I for reasons unknown to me, where I do not feel the Lord nearest to me..When all of a sudden I realized I need Him, I need to feel the Holy spirit fill me with strength and wisdom, energy, love, compassion and understanding.
How are you feeling today? How were you feeling yesterday? How can we learn from Today, Yesterday and make tomorrow a better day?
I am sure we all feel it, the moments when the darkness looms above us. The dark feelings that threaten our very emotional being. The moments when all seems to crash in around us in waves of unforgiveness.
The enemy knows us, he knows which cords to strike when he wants us to falter. He uses our past, our hurts, our families, our insecurities, our desires, our wants, ourselves and he utilizes us as a carpenter would use the nails in order to get the carpet down.
There is hope... When I was lost I always felt it but denied it. When I was lost there was no end to the feelings and the waves and I rode it out until I could quiet them down. But never ending the discouragement and discontentment I felt.
When I was saved the waves still came, and sometimes because I was so new to seeking God and allowing God to enter into my very being. The waves sometimes overflowed.
Four years and just a year finding Christ in a new way helps me. Knowing that my Heavenly Father is there, he can not always save me from the trials or the tribulations, simply because there are lessons that I need to learn, know and grow in Him. I find that although I cry I never cry alone for the Lord counts my tears. When I fall and feel nothing but despair, I know and I feel the tug and the nudges to find my way back to my Glorious Heavenly Father. I know that although I live in the world that when I feel that I am being crushed the things of this world cannot quench and or satisfy or properly justify me. That the Lord whom made me, made me to seek Him, made me to stand for Him, made me to walk with Him, allow Him to carry me when I need, He created me to humble myself, to learn servanthood, to learn to be a godly woman, a godly mother, a godly wife, a godly citizen. He made me to ultimatley return to His house to be honoured to Sit along side of Him at His table. Sometimes we must be silent, in our minds, in our mouths, in our hearts and be patient.
patience is not something that I can do well. Holding my tongue is not my best attribute. My most frequent prayer is that my Mouth be closed and that my tongue be glued to the roof of my mouth. So that I do not something that will shame the Name of the LOrd, for the Lord gave me breathe, the Lord gave me the gift of free will, the Lord gave me the gifts of love, speech, caring, the gift of motherhood, the gift of encouragment the gift of endurance.
No matter what is going on, or how far your circumstances are oppressing you, how much the World is caging you, the light starts in the word, the light shines through you, the light illuminates all because Jesus Christ Died for you, for me, for all of us are sinners and need to be saved. Thank God Jesus is our saving grace!
"So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. Nevertheless I am continually with thee: though has holden me by my right hand. Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward recieve me to glory. Whom have I heaven but thee?and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: though hast destroyed all them that go a-whoring from thee. But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works."
~Psalm 73:22-28~
